Who rules the rulers?

Jerry Tyrrell (principal at Tyrrells) is frequently published in building magazines. His recent article “Who rules the rulers”, published in Building Connection, December 2007, reported on how the regulators and the building industry had gone in 2007. It received good feedback from the building industry.
Jeff Walsh from JS and CJ Walsh, Builders, HOTONDO HOMES, Port Macquarie, wrote in support of the comments that Jerry made in the article:
“Great article on who rules the rulers. It should be compulsory reading for ALL people in the building and associated trades, as well as the ‘big boys’. What you say is correct and very relevant, and if all these things could be implemented, housing would be better and more affordable, building trades people would make more consistent profits, and consumers would be much happier. It will certainly make me look at how I can do my small part to help get the message out as well as implement anything that could help in my own small part of the industry.”
