Essential information for owner-builders

When you go it alone and build or renovate your home you may need help.
This is because it usually takes at least 20 years before a builder has the technical knowledge and experience necessary to build well.

- quality assurance of the works especially a frame inspection, and Final Inspection of the works before making the final payment to contractors
