Another Delay in OFT Owner Builder Course

The New South Wales Office of Fair Trading has just notified Tyrrells that they have, once again, granted an extension to provide the course until 30 September 2010. This means that Tyrrells’ self-paced Owner Builder Course and Certification is still accredited until the end of 2010; provided you complete the course with Tyrrells before 30 September 2010 and submit your documentation to the OFT by 31 December 2010. The cost of the Tyrrells Owner Builder Course and Certification is $85.

   If I do the certificate course before 30th September how long is it valid for? Must I complete building by December 31st? Or is the deadline of December just to have the course completed and certified?
   If so how long is the certificate valid for?
