I've worked with Tyrrells Property Inspections for almost 25 years. I have forty-five years experience in building construction and consultancy including:

• Design, construction, management and quality assurance of numerous domestic building projects
• Inspection and reporting of the condition of over 7,500 properties or buildings under construction
• Expert witness representations in jurisdictions including Mediation, Arbitration, Consumer Claims Tribunal, Fair Trading Tribunal and Local, District and Supreme Courts
