Quality Policy

Tyrrells Quality Statement is the document titled “Tyrrells Quality Statement” on permanent display in the Tyrrells office and as circulated to all Tyrrells' staff and consultants.

Tyrrells prides itself on its quality of service and product and has therefore implemented a quality management system which conforms to the requirements of both the Australian and International Standard AS/ANZ ISO 9001 : 2008.

In adopting this system, Tyrrells aims to provide services that meet and exceed our customers’ needs and expectations for quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The Tyrrells Property Inspections quality management system is described in our Manual. This Manual provides a consistent and integrated control over the Tyrrells' processes and operating procedures.

Quality management means exactly what it implies - assurance that the customer's quality needs and expectations are met 100 per cent of the time. The company strives to continuously improve processes and management systems. This evolution is assisted by proper record keeping and trapping of relevant feedback about all aspects of the business.
