What is a Property Report?
A Property Report is a very detailed Report on the condition of a
property you are planning to purchase.
The Report will tell you
about:
- Any serious unexpected problems with the build which might be
difficult or expensive to fix or may not be accepted by future buyers.
- Any problems that previous owners might have lived with but which
do not really affect the use or value of the property.
- All issues relating to the property that you need to investigate
further.
Who does it?
A Building Consultant with both building and timber
pest qualifications.
How long does it take to prepare?
Written Reports are available by close of the next business day after the inspection is carried out. For an additional charge an urgent same-day service can be arranged on request.

Residential properties, including units
and new dwellings Commercial properties (retail, industrial,
institutional, hospital and assembly buildings).
