What is a Property Report?
A Property Report is a very detailed Report on the condition of a property you are planning to purchase.The Report will tell you about:
- Any serious unexpected problems with the build which might be difficult or expensive to fix or may not be accepted by future buyers.
- Any problems that previous owners might have lived with but which do not really affect the use or value of the property.
- All issues relating to the property that you need to investigate further.
