After over 70,000 inspections you would think that someone would have something nice to say about us...

This is the first time I have arranged for a building/pest report so I am unfamiliar with any other standards or service or reporting. Irrespective of comparison, I cannot speak highly enough of John Maglis' knowledge, professionalism and willingness to help and also of Laura who assisted over the phone with my initial enquiries. The report was very detailed which suited my husband and my needs.

Your report has been invaluable in our dispute. It is interesting to note that for years he said there was nothing wrong with the property and now, as a result of your report, he has been madly carrying out renovations. Typically though he has been doing the work himself, using the cheapest materials available, the very things which your report identified as the main cause of the poor state of the building. So in reality the state of the building has not been improved and all his effort accounts for nothing. Thanks to your expertise we were able to prove this and finally make progress in resolving our dispute.

I have obtained a property and pest inspection report from your company for each property I have purchased and would not proceed without one. The reports are always meticulous and comprehensive. They provide valuable information to assess in making the decision regarding purchase of a property and are helpful in negotiation with the vendor. The reports have also formed the basis for my on-going maintenance programme and schedule for future renovations and repairs. The reports are not simply obtained for protocol as many property searches but as the first step in a property’s overall assessment.
