Private Progress Report
The certification process does not always ensure minimum standards of quality.
Prior to the installation of internal linings, a progress report checks the quality of the work completed (typically lock-up) & provides a list of issues your contractor should fix or complete in all the key areas of construction:
- Brickwork
- Framework
- Cavities & Flashings
- Exterior windows
- Roof surfaces & rainwater handling
